During the real estate boom, it became very clear… most contractors where all about maximizing their revenue, and were no longer customer-focused. The cheap labor and cheap products they offered were embarrassing to me. That’s why I started Elements Home Remodeling.
My philosophy is simple: I treat people with RESPECT.
That means only using the most experienced and knowledgeable installers—with a minimum of 10 years of experience. I also believe in using superior products, and giving you options and choices instead of, “Here’s what we’ve got. Take it or leave it.”
Lower overhead means we don’t have to jack-up your cost to pay our bills.
Repeat customers and referrals mean very little advertising cost.
Excellent installation by true professionals means little or no service calls.
No commissioned salespeople means no ridiculous mark-ups.
And don’t get me started on the pricing games so many contractors love to play. Here’s the truth: There are only two ways anyone can offer you big discounts. ONE: They mark it up to mark it down, giving you no real discount at all. Or TWO: The product is old, cheap, or just plain terrible. Either way, it’s not a real discount. You lose.
Believe it or not, there is a genuine way to offer first-rate quality without charging a fortune. Not that we’re cheap—we’re usually somewhere in the middle. But compared to “what you get” with other contractors, I think you’ll be pleasantly surprised. Here’s how we do it:
First off, we don’t pay a commission to our sales people. Nearly everyone else does. And, you know who pays the commission... YOU DO.
Next, because we use ONLY the most experienced installers with stringent check points in place, we very rarely have service calls. Almost never. This do-it-right-the-first-time approach saves us money in the end. We, then, pass our savings on to you.
Call me old fashioned, but I simply won’t sell anything I personally don’t believe in. It's the only way I’m willing to do business.
